A Review of A Bride At Last by Melissa Jagears

I have read all of Jagears' novels and enjoyed all of them. What I liked about this book is that the story was very creative and unlike any other that I have read. It makes the story more enjoyable to read because I do not know what to expect next. The book had a few different plots, but the main one was about Anthony. Both Silas and Kate wanted what was best for him and they ended up falling in love. The only negative about the book is that sometimes it seemed that Anthony was a bigger part of the story than the relationship between Silas and Kate. It felt at times that through most of the book they were looking for him. It almost felt like the book was about a search for Anthony and in the middle of that there was a love story. However, I did like all the characters and the story line. I also like that Jagears' integrated  past characters into this book. Although you don't have to read every book to enjoy it, it's nice to know some of the other characters that are mentioned. I haven't read the previous books in a long time, so I didn't really remember all of their stories. Overall I would recommend this book!

I received this book for free from Bethany House Publishers for my honest review.
